As part of Youth Month celebrations, the Gauteng provincial government has urged high school learners, unemployed youth and graduates to attend the fourth Annual Youth Expo in order to get connected to jobs and business opportunities. The Expo took place between 9-17 June at the Nasrec Expo Centre in Johannesburg. The Youth Expo was a multi-event with 140 exhibitors to provide information and live services to youth on careers, jobs and work exposure, as well as how to start, run and operate a business. The Expo was packed with huge numbers of youth aged between 18 to 35 who discovered many more interests in their life and the expo itself. The likes of Tshepo 1 Million where present, there was entrepreneurial talks, dramatized plays and Microsoft which showed people on its certificate programme. Indeed we had beautiful days at the youth Expo which yielded in good feedback. Everyone went home satisfied with information they need and job opportunities.
